Each piece is a unique creation. Individual elements are carefully handselected

We look forward to making your unique one of a kind piece. All the items in this shop are handmade. If you see something that you would like but need a different size or color I’d be happy to make it to your specifications.

Payment

-Payment through paypal and credit is accepted.

-To order using a credit card either select Paypal or use Etsy’s direct checkout option as your option (you do not need a Paypal account to pay by card through them) Please contact me by convo here on ETSY.

If you are having trouble with making a payment we are more than happy to assist you. In the event that you do not make a payment we will attempt to contact you. If our attempts to contact you are unsuccessful we have the right to cancel your transaction.

Orders are generally shipped within 3-14 business days of purchase.

All pieces have a processing time, please look in our shop heading to contact us for current accurate times. Every thing is custom made.

Refunds and Exchanges

We aim to please! If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, send me a message and we will work it out!

Generally you will be able to ship it back to me in it’s original unused condition and packaging and you will be issued a refund or exchange. If an item is damaged in shipping a replacement will be sent after verification that the item was damaged.

Customized (such as secret message rings and other items with custom messaging on them) items are not eligible for refunds/exchanges.

Items are eligible for refund/exchange for 15 days from the date of purchase.

CUSTOM ORDERS: If you would like one of the items listed here in another color or size or you would like a unique gift for someone or you would like a custom matching set for your bridal party, please send me a message. I would be happy to create a custom item just for you!

Hi ! Welcome to SweetCarolinebyLula

SweetCarolinebyLula creates original jewelry that is handmade in Miami , combining varied textures and colors with original techniques.

Each piece is a unique creation. Individual elements are carefully hand-selected and delicately balanced with sterling silver. This hand engraved jewelry comes personalized just for mom, Grandma, or a birthday gift for someone very special. Such a special saying for that person that means everything for you.

You can design your piece, size , color, and decided what to write and draw. You can send me a picture with (a little design , a draw, some words… , names …Then I hand engraved in your silver piece. Then we can make a bracelet , or a necklace, what you want. Visit our shop on Etsy !

I draw what you want !! Do you have two childs ? I will draw a mommy with two childs… if you have three… or have a cat …!.

ABOUT ME

Hi everyone !  Welcome to Sweetcarolinebylula !!

I`m Inés, I’m from Spain (Sorry….I’’m trying to improve my english…. )  but I live in Miami and I`m a stay at home mom of 4 wonderful childrens.

I began my career in music, I’m a cello`s teacher… and never thought that I would end up as a jewelry designer. You never know where your life will take you…. 

Since I was a child I loved drawing, design, crochet, music , art, all kind of crafts. I love create .

When my second daughter was born, in 2008, I began to design, and opened my first shop online…

I always traveling between Miami and Spain, to find new materials and trends, and to visit to the family…for this reason, you can receive your package from a city or other one.

 I like nature, animals, I like to give long walks along the field, I love travel.

I love going to my workshop to start creating, and my husband and my childs are the most important in my life. Today it seems most of my life is spent shuttling kids back and forth to activities when I ‘m not making jewelry !!

Now I decided to open my Etsy shop and I’m so glad that I did…. I love ETSY !!
